Holden Gilmer grew up in Northern Virginia, where hunting on a large family tract helped shape many of his favorite childhood memories and sparked a lifelong passion for the outdoors. That passion, paired with a natural ability to build strong relationships, ultimately led him to pursue a career in land sales. Before joining Tutt Land Company, Holden spent his entire professional career in sales, developing a service-driven approach and a commitment to helping clients navigate important decisions with clarity and confidence.

Helping people find the right property, whether for recreation, investment, or a place to put down roots, is something Holden is genuinely passionate about. His faith plays a central role in his life and guides how he treats others, both personally and professionally. A graduate of the University of Alabama, Holden now lives in Woodstock, Georgia with his wife, Bekah, and their two dogs, Steele and Dansby. When he is not working, he can usually be found in the woods, on the water, or spending time with family and friends.
