Lower Dixie Timber Co. Inc., our sister company,  merged with Tutt Real Estate 1993 to form the first company in the region to handle both land and timber brokerage. The principles of Tutt Real Estate and Lower Dixie Timber saw a need to form a full service real estate and timber business. As of today, we have assisted over 1,000 clients with timber management, harvesting, and reforestation.
