25 miles from downtown Mobile. 80.8 acres are in a 10 year old Loblolly Pine plantation.  Approximately 30 acres of the open area was site preped and planted with containerized Longleaf last January.  H as an excellent 22 acre lake.  The open fields around the lake, (7 acres more or less) were planted in millet last summer, and they had several good dove shoots this past fall. In November, the dove fields were planted with oats, wheat and rye grass.  The small field in th NW corner was planted in a green patch.  The small field near the SE corner is in chufas. The wild turkey population in the area is very good.
